Payments
We accept Paypal, Direct Deposit, and all Credit Cards. If you're having any issues through checkout, please contact us, and we'll try our best to help you out.
– We offer Free shipping within the US.
– For international shipping please contact us directly to get you an estimate.
Your order will be shipped within 2 or 4 business days after credit card authorization. We usually ship with USPS. The estimated delivery time can be anywhere from 3 days to 10 days. We will provide a tracking number when your order is placed.
María Romero Studio, LLC cannot be held responsible for parcels not collected. In case parcels are not collected, they will be sent back to us. We are not responsible for items shipped back to us. We will charge the customer again for sending the package a second time if a parcel has not been received or collected on the first shipping.
Refunds
We want to make sure your entire experience with us is the best it can be. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will do our best to make it right.
If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, domestic returns can be made up to 10 days after the date of purchase for a full refund. Send an email to hola@studiomariaromero.com for return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
– Items must be in the same condition as they were upon receipt.
– All sale items are final sale.
Every piece is closely inspected before packing it, if by any case a piece arrives damaged, please send a picture within 24 hours of receiving it to hola@studiomariaromero.com We will either send you a new piece ( if available ) or refund your money, whichever is preferred.
Please be aware we work with natural dyes and colors may vary slightly from batch to batch also have in consideration that the color display on each computer varies so please ask all questions before making a purchase.
Damage caused during transit/shipping is not under our control, insurance is always available for purchase for any item. Please let us know if you'd like to add insurance to your package.
